I just did something I haven’t done in about a month: I ate a bag of Cheetos.
I used to love Cheetos. Especially the red-hot ones. I enjoyed the jalapeno-flavored ones too. However, after a month of eating heart-healthy– which Cheetos are definitely not– I decided to have some.
I was not expecting what happened. They tasted horrible… Way, way too salty, and not enough flavor to be worth it. My body will probably hate me for this tomorrow, but this is an interesting development.
I guess once your body gets used to eating the right way, you don’t even like the bad stuff anymore. No more Cheetos for me, thanks!
