Healthy lunch

Today I’m having a tasty salad that’s also more heart-healthy, thanks to a different salad dressing. I normally would use Ranch dressing, but I’m trying to cut back on bad fats, so I picked a red wine vinaigrette.

It’s quite tasty, especially with black pepper sprinkled on the salad!

I’m also having a side of turkey with barbecue sauce, and two clementines. But my salad looked so pretty that I wanted to share a picture!
